Breaking: Big 10 Suspends Jim Harbaugh

The Big Ten has announced a suspension for Michigan Head Coach Jim Harbuagh for the remainder of the season this afternoon in an official press release. The Big Ten cited a violation of the conference "Sportsmanship Policy" highlighted detailed evidence that has been uncovered over an approximately 2 week long investigation. This timing is inconvenient for the Wolverines as they prepare to travel to #9 Penn State tomorrow and face off with #1 Ohio State the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Michigan fans are outraged, demanding a legal injunction. Harbaugh's lawyer, Tom Mars penned a letter to the Big 10 on Thursday, challenging any basis for suspension and indicating that his team will engage in legal action if a suspension is given. 

We will see what happens from here. We expect that Harbaugh will not be coaching the Wolverines against Penn State tomorrow. However, will the Michigan team release their dossier of information on the infractions committed by conference rivals? Will Michigan demand an appeal of the suspension? Will the ruling result in a lengthy legal battle? We don't yet know, but we will be here to keep you updated!
